This fee covers preparing and sanitizing this van for rental, car washed and cleaned inside, fresh linens for full bed, restock of certain things.

$500 need to be paid as a security deposit, this amount will be returned in full in a few days if no damages are found.

We will give the van to you with a full tank. You will only be charged if the van is not returned full. If you like, you can return it as is, and we will just charge you for the total gas amount plus $25 for a filling fee. We will send you a copy of the gas receipt and deduct the amount from the Security Deposit.
